Parts on demand

Single components through to complete assemblies, made to the definition your machine needs.

Obsolete is not final

When a component is discontinued, we measure the original and manufacture a replacement.

North American supply chain

Canadian advanced manufacturing, with parts moving over shorter distances.

Digital part definitions

Every part we produce keeps a digital definition, so re-ordering does not start from zero.

Capabilities

Six ways to get the part

Machining, additive manufacturing and electronics under one intake process, so the right method is chosen for the part rather than the shop.

Industrial 3D printer building a lattice polymer component

3D printing

Engineering-grade polymer and composite parts for housings, brackets, mounts and fixtures that have to survive field conditions.

  • Engineering polymers
  • Functional prototypes
  • Low-volume production
CNC machine cutting a precision aluminum component

CNC machining

Machined aluminum and metal components where tolerance, stiffness and repeatability decide whether the machine keeps running.

  • Machined aluminum
  • Tight tolerances
  • Single parts to batches

Electronics

PCB design and assembly for control, sensing and power — built to be serviced rather than replaced as a sealed unit.

  • PCB design
  • Assembly & integration
  • Control, sensors, power

Reverse engineering

When the part is obsolete or was never available separately, we measure the original and produce a manufacturable definition.

  • Measurement & inspection
  • Obsolete parts
  • Digital part definition

Repair & refurbishment

Assessment and rebuild of damaged assemblies to extend equipment life instead of writing off a working machine.

  • Damage assessment
  • Component replacement
  • Extended service life

Custom solutions

From a single replacement component through to complete assemblies designed around how the equipment is actually used.

  • Single parts
  • Complete assemblies
  • Design for manufacture

Physical to digital to manufactured

The part becomes a definition

A component is measured, turned into a digital definition, then manufactured wherever it is needed. That definition is what makes the second one fast — and the tenth one routine.

  • Measure the reference part or work from your drawings and CAD.
  • Produce a manufacturable definition with material and process fixed.
  • Manufacture, inspect, and retain the definition for re-order.

Industries

Built for real-world work

The machines we support are used commercially. Downtime has a cost, and a catalogue lead time is not always an answer.

Professional inspection drone with a gimbal camera

Drones & UAV

Airframe components, mounts, gimbal hardware and electronics for platforms that fly commercially every week.

Airframes · Mounts · Payload hardware

Autonomous agricultural robot working a crop row at dusk

Agriculture

Parts for planting, tillage, irrigation and autonomous field equipment, where a season does not wait for a supply chain.

Planting systems · Tillage · Autonomous rovers

Industrial robotic arm in a production cell

Robotics

End effectors, structural components and control electronics for mobile and fixed robotic systems.

End effectors · Structures · Control boards

Industrial automation

Replacement components for production equipment where downtime is measured in shifts, not days.

Machine components · Fixtures · Obsolete spares

Inspection

Hardware for inspection platforms: sensor mounts, enclosures and cable management built for repeated deployment.

Sensor mounts · Enclosures · Field hardware

Research & specialty

One-off and small-batch components for research platforms and specialty equipment that no catalogue covers.

One-off parts · Test rigs · Small batches

Process

From description to delivered part

One intake path for a broken component and for a production quantity. You describe the part; we confirm what is manufacturable.

  1. Describe the part

Machine, manufacturer, model and what failed. Photographs, part numbers and dimensions if you have them.

  2. Define it digitally

We work from your drawings and files, or measure a reference part to produce a manufacturable definition.

  3. Process and quote

We confirm process, material and quantity, then quote against your required date.

  4. Manufacture

Machining, printing or electronics assembly, with inspection against the definition.

  5. Deliver and record

The part ships and its definition is retained, so the next one does not start from zero.

  6. Repair or extend

Where a rebuild beats replacement, we refurbish the assembly and keep the machine in service.

Manufacture closer to the machine

The long-term architecture is distributed: part definitions held centrally, manufacturing performed near the equipment that needs the component. Local capability, wider reach.
